Logging in with your username and password allows our system to save your progress. This way, you can start your entry, take a break, and return later without losing your data.
New users can register by clicking “Register” in the top right corner of our website. Once registered, you’ll receive an email to activate your account. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Once activated, you can log in and begin your entry.
If you have trouble logging in or forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your email and follow the reset instructions sent to you. If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your spam folder or contact info@artourism.com for help.
You can add an entry to your cart either during the “Review” step of your submission or via your Account Dashboard. Unfinished drafts will be saved in the “Incomplete” or “Complete” section, where you can return to edit them anytime.
To upload your files, you must first pay for your entries by closing your cart. Then, from your Dashboard, click “Upload Piece” next to your entry to access the upload form. You’ll be able to enter the title, background summary, format, runtime, and other details before uploading.
Make sure to click “Save” along the way to preserve your progress.
After 72 hours, log in and go to “My Account,” then click “Upload Pieces” to review. You will see a green “UPLOAD COMPLETE” bar next to each file if it’s successfully uploaded. For multiple files, use “+New Piece” or “+Case Study” to add them one by one. We’ll contact you by email if there are any issues before judging begins.
No, submitting the same work in multiple categories is not permitted. Please note that there is no registration fee for movie submissions.

No, members of the jury are not eligible to participate in the competition in any capacity to ensure the integrity and impartiality of the judging process.

All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) to Artourism Canada, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
